Moderate-Intensity Physical Activity Coaching

The M-PAC Study is a research study conducted by Arizona State University. The purpose is to increase physical activity among adults aged 45 to 65.

Why Focus On Physical Activity During Midlife?

Being physically active during midlife is important for reducing the risk for several diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

More than 6 million U.S. adults live with diagnoses of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. There are no cures for Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia–which is why prevention is so important.
